I Can Build It

So, it's been one year since I gave birth to my little guy and I still haven't lost all the weight. I recently purchased an elliptical exerciser to jump start my resolution of fitting back into the many, many pairs of jeans that are currently collecting dust and taking up room in my closet.

It's ironic that not only did he take part in putting on the pounds, by helping put together my new elliptical exerciser, he will be assisting me in losing them too! What a little handyman. His dad would be so proud!

From the Beginning

After 28 hours of labor on my part... and 27 1/2 hours of shut eye on Doug's, I was wheeled away to the operating room where I would finally recieve the greatest of gifts.

Maddon Ryder was born just 2:35 am weighing in at 8 pounds 6 ounces, and my life has never been the same since.
